Dr Rob Adam speaks at 37th Agri Northern Cape Congress

Dr Rob Adam, SKA SA Managing Director, addressed attendees at the 37th Agri Northern Cape Congress held in Kimberley, Northern Cape on Wednesday, 24 August 2016. The title of Dr Adam’s address is SKA SA’s investment in the Northern Cape and Karoo region.

DST hosts two public hearings

The Department of Science and Technology (DST) hosts two public hearings for the presentation of the written submissions about the proposed published Karoo Central Astronomy Advantage Areas Regulations in terms of the Astronomy Geographic Advantage Act, 2007. The public hearings will take place in Pretoria and Carnarvon on 13 and 20 October 2016 respectively.
